As an independent cleaning contractor my goal is to provide an exceptional cleaning experience for my customers. I have been cleaning homes and businesses in Story and Boone County in a 30 mile radius around Ames, Iowa since 2010. I still have the first client I started cleaning for twelve years ago. I am bonded and insured. As an independent cleaning contractor I can customize my cleaning to fit your needs. I have a 2 hour minimum for $70.00, 3 hours is $105.00, 4 hours is $140, 5 hours is $175.00, 6 hours is $210.00. These prices are good for maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning. I have weekly, bi weekly, and monthly clients. I use effective, environmentally friendly products that are safe for you, your children and your pets. I seldom use bleach and CLR and usually only on deep cleans. I have added disinfectants effective on COVID-19 for clients that request it.

Regularly scheduled cleaning …
Monday – Friday, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. I bring my own supplies and equipment. Payment is by check or cash and collected on the day of cleaning. Checks need to be made out to Lynne Andersen. Access can be a garage door code or a key. I am bonded and insured and can provide references. Not working around the activities of people, children and pets is preferable. It helps me get more done in less time and reduces cleaning costs.

my name is lynne Andersen
I like to make concepts come alive. I do so when I clean; by helping everything from furniture to fixtures, to the whole interior; look its best and look brand new if possible. I have a visual arts background which brings with it diligent attention to detail. I have always been athletic and like work that is physical and active. I stay in shape with P90X workouts, High Intensity Interval Training and a Ketogenic diet.
